Plan is exactly the same. You get flat Rs. 1000/- off if you enrol for 3 months.
Our diet plans include basic home based food. No fat cutter drinks or fad supplements.
You will be given a choice between Gym or Home workout. You may go for any depending on your preference.
Workout plan is complementary. The fee is for diet plan and weekly counselling.
A new diet will be given every week. Diet chart will be created on the basis of previous week’s progress.
There is no fixed answer to this question. It depends on your current weight and how precisely you follow the given plans. On an average people who enrol with us lose upto 5kg in a month.
How Does This Work?
- Your process will begin within 24 hours of enrolment.
- You will be introduced to your Fitness Coach who will assist you throughout your journey.
- Your coach will conduct a Counselling Call with you. Purpose of this call will be to understand your fitness aspiration and setting a realistic goal. He/ She will know about your current lifestyle, eating habits, medical conditions etc. in this call.
- Your First Diet Plan will be designed and shared within 24 hours of the call.
- After completing the week, a follow up call along with next week’s plan will be shared. This process will repeat until your program is over.
- You will also be given a Workout Plan as per your preference (Beginner or Advance). Workout Plan is complementary with this Diet Program (so no customisations in the workout plan).
- You will be invited to become a part of imwow community where you get to meet and interact with like-minded people.
- You can also participate in the Challenges, fun activities, Live webinars which will be conducted specially for imwow community.
- We do not suggest any breaks in between your program unless really critical.
